Women’s High- Performance Camp
TPG is one of the only programs with a dedicated Elite female division. There are many differences in the men’s and women’s games, so the knowledge of those elements has been key to our female goalies past & current success at the AFHL, U Sport, NCAA, PWHL & National programs in both Canada and the US.
The women’s High Performance Goaltending Camp will be conducted in the same format as the Canadian National Goaltending camps.
This camp is an intense 4-day camp that will have goaltenders leaving confident as they learn and build what works for THEIR specific game while defending the “9 ways to score.”
Goaltenders will build Pro Habit and details through technical and tactical scenarios that will have the attending goalies prepared for upcoming evaluations, camp invites, college/university start-ups, or National / Pro camps.
The camp will consist of the following:
- Goalie specific Power skating.
- Off ice warm up/ cool down activations.
- Mental performance.
- On ice technical/tactical scenarios.
- Apparel package.
- Recovery drinks and high-performance snacks will be provided throughout.
Daily schedule will be released to each group prior to attending.
